One Hour Consulting Session (Remote via Zoom)
$500 / hour

Sometimes you need someone from outside your organization to brainstorm new ideas or get some advice on how to work through a solution for a current problem.

We can schedule time on Zoom (or whatever works for you) and make it happen.

Add Me To Your Slack Or Teams Internal Channel
$1,000 / four weeks (subscription)

Add me to your online internal workspace (slack, teams, or other spaces).

It’s a simple yet affordable way for me to engage with your team or organization using your current internal tools. One channel. Completely async.

Remote Monthly Retainer - Lite Version
$2,500 four weeks (subscription)

You get up to 5 hours per four weeks of my time (in one hour increments). Online and virtual only (unless you are in the Richmond, Virginia area).

You receive an exclusive link to coordinate time together. We can use this time as it seems right for you, your team, and organization.

I need one point of contact so we can decide which person or team in your organization get’s the highest ROI (Return On Investment) for this investment.

Time does not accrue.

Remote Monthly Retainer
$5,000 / four weeks (subscription)

Same as the “Lite” version, except this includes up to 10 hours per four weeks of my time.

On-Site Consulting (Worldwide)
$7,500 per day, 3 day minimum

You get me onsite working face-to-face with you, your team, and organization.

Travel expenses are additional (Business Class flights are required for any client engagement outside of the Continental USA).

Small Team Private CSM Training ++ (Worldwide)
